1. License Overview

FlutKit products are licensed, not sold.
When you purchase a FlutKit license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product under the conditions specified by the selected license type.

All licenses are one-time purchases. No recurring subscription fees apply.

2. License Types

Personal License

Best suited for individuals and freelancers

  • Use in one (1) project
  • Allowed for personal or internal use
  • Not permitted for resale, redistribution, or SaaS end products
  • Limited to one (1) developer
  • Includes access to updates according to the license scope

Developer License

Best suited for agencies and small teams

  • Use in multiple projects (up to the stated project limit)
  • Allowed for commercial and client work
  • Not permitted for SaaS or redistributable end products
  • Limited to the stated number of developers
  • Includes extended update access according to the license scope

Extended License (Ultimate)

Best suited for SaaS and large-scale products

  • Use in unlimited projects
  • Allowed for SaaS, subscription-based, and end-user applications
  • Unlimited developers within a single organization
  • Includes the highest tier of update access
  • Redistribution is allowed only as part of a larger end product, not as a standalone UI kit

3. Permitted Use

Under all license types, you may:

  • Use FlutKit UI components in your applications
  • Modify the source code to suit your project needs
  • Integrate FlutKit into commercial or non-commercial projects (as permitted by license tier)

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute FlutKit as a standalone product
  • Share source files publicly or privately outside your licensed team
  • Use FlutKit to create competing UI kits or template libraries
  • Claim FlutKit or its components as your own original work

5. Updates & Improvements

FlutKit licenses include access to updates based on the license tier.

Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes
  • UI improvements
  • New components or layouts

The frequency, scope, and duration of updates are not guaranteed and may change over time.

6. Support

Support is provided according to the license tier and may include:

  • Documentation access
  • Email or ticket-based assistance

Response times and support scope may vary.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All FlutKit products, source code, and related assets remain the intellectual property of FlutKit.

This license does not grant ownership rights, trademarks, or branding rights beyond usage permitted in your project.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once access to files has been granted.

Please review product details and license terms carefully before purchasing.

9. Disclaimer

FlutKit products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will meet all requirements or be free from defects.

10. Termination

Violation of these license terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

Upon termination, you must cease using FlutKit products and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Changes to License Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these license terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of FlutKit products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
