FlutKit products are sold and processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record.

All payments, refunds, and chargebacks are handled securely via Lemon Squeezy.

1. Digital Product Notice

All FlutKit products are delivered digitally and provide instant access to downloadable files, documentation, and related assets.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect product delivery

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience
  • Product incompatibility with specific frameworks, versions, or third-party tools
  • Failure to review product details or license terms before purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through Lemon Squeezy, either by:

  • Using the refund option in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or
  • Contacting our support team, who may assist in submitting the request on your behalf

All refund requests are reviewed case by case and processed via Lemon Squeezy.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, we strongly encourage customers to contact our support team or submit a refund request via Lemon Squeezy.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Revocation of product access
  • Termination of the associated license

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.

6. License Revocation Upon Refund

If a refund is approved:

  • Your license to use the product is immediately revoked
  • You must delete all copies of the product files
  • Continued use after refund is strictly prohibited
